Life handed 丽莎 Walker a series of challenges back in 2018. 离婚, unexpected job layoff and financial peril forced her to expeditiously sell what she considered to be her forever dream home. 丽莎 says Invest Atlanta’s down payment assistance changed her life and brought hope during a time of despair. “It gifted me the American Dream of homeownership that I doubted I could achieve again,” she says. “Most importantly, it gave me and my daughter a home to call our own – home sweet home!”
